BAE SYSTEMS SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETES IOC MILESTONE ON DND PLER TSPI SYSTEM.
BAE Systems, Integrated Technical Solutions, has successfully demonstrated Initial Operational Capability (IOC) of the Time, Space, Position, and Information (TSPI) System for the Canadian Forces (CF) Aerospace Engineering Test Establishment (AETE) Primrose Lake Evaluation Range (PLER). The new TSPI system has been installed and tested at PLER near Cold Lake, Alberta, Canada under a competitive procurement PWGSC contract awarded to BAE Systems in November 2004. This TSPI System consists of four remotely controlled mobile Optical Tracking Mounts (OTMs) networked together with a Target Acquisition and Tracking System (TATS Final Operational Capability testing continues at PLER.
