BAE Systems Customer Support Department is dedicated to maintaining customer relationships subsequent to the completion of all contractual and delivery requirements. Our Customer Support Department provides a single point of contact for initial telephone and field support requirements, return and repair functions of LRUs at the factory, purchase of additional spare or replacement items, and modification management after delivery. BAE Systems currently supports instrumentation systems fielded since the 1970s.

The Customer Support Department is a vital component to BAE Systems sustainment efforts. BAE Systems offers retrofit solutions for electronic systems that are obsolete and no longer supportable.  Both system and subsystem build-to-print production is managed through the Customer Support Department as well as providing direct customer access for questions, spare parts purchase, field support, and engineering services.
